Shipping & Returns

At FunGuy Grow Supply, we believe that nature enthusiasts everywhere should have access to high-quality mushroom growing supplies and Mushroom Grow Bags. That's why we are committed to providing the best possible shipping and returns experience to our customers.

Shipping

FunGuy Grow Supply offers shipping to virtually any address in the United States and Canada. When you place an order we will provide you with an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. The weight of each item is listed on its' detail page, and shipping costs are calculated based on that weight.

Please note that there may be restrictions on some products and that various items cannot be shipped to international destinations. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

For non-perishable products, we accept returns for any item in like-new condition with the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Simply contact us for a return authorization number and then ship the item back to us using a shipping carrier with tracking ability. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.

For perishable products, including substrate jars, spawn bags, spawn jars, and liquid culture, we accept returns for any unopened item in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Again, simply contact us for a return authorization number and ship the item back using a carrier with tracking ability. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Excludes UV-C Wands, UV-C Lights, Flowhoods, must be unopened for return or refund.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans occasionally change, which is why we offer order cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, simply call us during 11am-5pm CST or email us at support@FUNGUYGrowSupply.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once a shipping label has been generated. Please note that we ship most orders 9am CST on the next business day. Refunds take 2-3 business days to process.
